We all experience loss at some point in our lives.  This Pandemic has challenge us in so many ways. Love ones pass away, job transition, divorce, break-ups, & emotional health stress can trigger depression, loneliness and isolation and it is important to deal with grief in a positive and healthy way so that the sadness and anger we might feel is released from our body as each go through our grieving process. Dorothy is trained in Grief Yoga and has been helping individuals release and fuel your mind, body, spirit and soul with more love in four levels of transformation, awareness, expression, connection and surrender to creating a healthy whole person.
